I had a year-end party with a friend. It was almost like an invitation, but thank you very much. There were a lot of high-quality ingredients, and it was very gorgeous, and all the flavors were delicious. The specialty dish, tomato sukiyaki, is also exquisite, and lately I've come to feel that meat with good elasticity like this is the most delicious than thickly sliced meat like steak. It was also interesting that the tomatoes were grown for sukiyaki in Kyoto. The interior is stylish, with private rooms, and the wait staff carefully explain the dishes. We had a great time. The price also includes a service charge and room charge, so it's in a higher price range than the restaurants I usually go to.

This is a sister restaurant to Mita Basara, a sukiyaki restaurant that has received one Michelin star for three years in a row. It is located in the Nishi-Azabu area, about a 5-minute walk from Roppongi Station. The restaurant is a renovated house, so it has a Japanese atmosphere and a stylish exterior. A colleague of mine had made a reservation for the ``Tomato Sukiyaki with Extra Meat Course'' for a dinner with a business partner. All rooms are completely private rooms with doors, making them ideal for dinner parties and meetings. Even though it's called sukiyaki here, it's not a normal sukiyaki, it's a ``tomato sukiyaki'' that has tomatoes in it. All sukiyaki will be finished by the staff at the restaurant. It is flavored with basil and garlic, and they use brand tomatoes called ``Micchan Tomato'' made by a famous farmer called Sugita Farm in Kyoto. I wonder what it will be like when tomatoes and sukiyaki soup stock are combined...? That's what I thought, but it didn't feel strange at all, and I was able to enjoy it easily. This sukiyaki soup stock itself has a slightly salty and elegant taste. Normally there are two pieces of meat, but this time I had an extra course, so I was able to enjoy four pieces. Each piece is quite large, and the volume seems to be twice as much as regular sukiyaki! ! If you're a woman, I think the regular course without extra portions will be sufficient, but if you're having a dinner party like this time or if there are a lot of men, I think the extra course is better. I was also surprised at how delicious the white rice cooked in a clay pot was. Apparently, the rice is selected by a person who is a certified rice master. Of course it's delicious with leftover eggs from sukiyaki, but it was also delicious with white rice without anything! Both the appetizers and the sashimi were of high quality, and I thought it was a sister restaurant to a Michelin-starred restaurant. I visited Kaiseki Mita Basara Bettei in Roppongi for the first time after being invited by a drinking friend. The location is about 5 minutes walk from Roppongi Station. This is a store located in a single house in a residential area. I was guided to the second floor and entered a nice private room💕 I think this would be a good place for an important event like a betrothal. I want to come even if it's my wedding anniversary ☺ The first appetizer that was served to me was so beautiful that I was having trouble deciding what to eat first. It contains not only Japanese but also Western elements, making it fun to look at and eat. The sweetness of the edamame in the edamame surinagashi is wonderful, and the asparagus wrapped in prosciutto ham is a great way to enjoy the aroma of olive oil and the strong taste of asparagus♬ It was a very humid day when I soaked the seaweed, so the refreshing taste was soothing. Wagyu beef red miso stew is soft and full of flavor with every bite☆ The straw-grilled bonito has a wonderful straw aroma and is thick and luxurious. The favorite sukiyaki is so beautiful it’s crazy❣ The meat was cooked perfectly by the staff and it was amazing! It melts as soon as you put it in your mouth. Both the raw and warm eggs were delicious, and even though I don't usually eat rice, when I made the TKG and added sukiyaki sauce, the rice went so well that I ended up having to refill it. The sweetness is sansho pudding. When I put it in my mouth, I could feel the sweetness and the lingering aftertaste of Japanese pepper. The sweetness seems to change every month, so I'd like to try different sweetness. This time I finished my meal at 7pm and went home, but I heard that there would be fun events such as projection mapping, so I thought I'd like to go a little later next time. I want to eat that sukiyaki again, so I decided to visit again! I had something to do in Roppongi that day, so I made a reservation at this restaurant for dinner. It is located behind the park near Roppongi Station. yeah? Is this a private house? That's what I thought, but it looks like the store was built by renovating an ordinary house. It looks luxurious from the outside, which makes me a little nervous. It's Roppongi lol When I entered the store and told them that I had a reservation, the store staff guided me around. You will be shown to a private room, and the atmosphere is calm and very nice. This time, I had ordered the ``Tomato Sukiyaki Extra Meat Set,'' so I was secretly looking forward to the combination of tomato and wagyu beef. First, I ordered a drink. Unfortunately, I was driving that day, so I ordered a dry ginger ale, which was crisply cold and delicious. The course begins here. The menu is divided into first and second dishes, and the first menu is brought to you first. All of them are unique and delicious, but the Iwate garlic pickle was particularly fragrant and extremely delicious! In addition to this, the Kuroge Wagyu beef red miso stew was also rich and delicious. Next comes the sashimi. Three types of seasonal fish sashimi, all of which are crunchy and delicious! White fish sashimi is good because you can enjoy the texture. I had it with wasabi soy sauce. Next is the main dish, tomato sukiyaki. It's a very innovative hot pot dish where you can enjoy domestically produced Japanese beef with tomatoes, but it's refreshing and delicious! On this day, it was Hitachi beef sukiyaki. I was told that I would buy it in blocks and slice it at the store, but the slices were quite thick and filling. Eggs also bring out the deliciousness of this wagyu beef! As you can see, the orange color was stronger than that of regular eggs, and the yolk itself had a strong presence and was thicker, but it was delicious because it was eaten by dipping it into the wagyu beef sukiyaki. The rice is made using Okushimane Yae Tsuyahime rice and is served in a clay pot. The course was compact and I personally liked it very much! With such a carefully selected number of items, the main sukiyaki really stands out, and I feel like I was able to thoroughly enjoy each item. It leaves a lasting impression.
