I used it for the first meal. The food was more than expected and all delicious. I am very satisfied with the large amount. I was surprised that the sea bream I had ordered separately turned out better than the picture on the website. The service was excellent and it was a very good start to the meal. The service from reservation to the day of the appointment was excellent. I would like to use it again next time for celebrations etc.

2022.03.02 (Wed) I stopped by on my way home from my son's graduation ceremony. I arrived early when the store opened at 11:30, so I waited in the parking lot. When I entered the store as soon as it opened, the staff seemed surprised and flustered as I had entered the store unexpectedly. (lol) The inside of the restaurant has a calm, Japanese-style restaurant feel, which is quite nice. The four seats at the table were made of wooden flooring, and the slightly low chairs were just the right comfort. Since it was my first time at the restaurant, I chose the lunch, which was reasonable for a Japanese restaurant. *Ryoten restaurant lunch “Seasonal colorful meal 970 yen” + dessert The colorful dishes were a feast for the eyes. The taste was just right and I enjoyed eating each piece. However, this is my first time coming to a restaurant, and there were a lot of cold dishes, and the only hot ones were miso soup, fresh onion tempura, and chawan mushi. It's fine in the summer, but I'd appreciate a little warmer food this time of year. Japanese restaurants tend to be considered expensive to enter (a recent interpretation), but we recommend that you try their reasonable prices for lunch.

Used for anniversary dinner. I made a reservation the day before and requested a course meal. The food was delicious as expected. Personally, I like the gentle feel of the light finish. However, if you are a young person, you may prefer a slightly stronger seasoning. It was a chair seat, but you can take off your shoes at a small raised area, so you can relax in the chair seat. yes! Since it was an anniversary, the restaurant served us boiled sea bream head, which was also a filling and satisfying course. The Jako rice at the end was so delicious that I wanted a second helping. But it has to be here! There aren't many things that feel like that, and all the food is delicious, but it's an average score (or a little extra), and it's a bit disappointing because if the characteristics of this restaurant were more fully featured, it might have been a 5 star. Is that a generous request?

Used for family dinner parties. Choose a seafood-based lunch course. Even though I don't like fish, it was delicious. Customer service was polite, and infection control measures were in place.

I used it at a memorial service. The tatami room has chairs and tables, making it suitable for people with disabilities. The food was delicious, we even had a lot of desserts, and everyone went home satisfied! Meals can also be prepared. The location of the store is a little difficult to find, so it's best to take a look at it on Street View.

據聞,這名字的由來,是因為把整隻鰻魚縱向串起來烤的形狀,很像蒲穗之故。 依日本各地區或店家的不同,對鰻魚的開法或烤法等調理方式也有很大差異。 尤其關東與關西的烤法互異。 關東的程序是: 串魚→白燒(直接烤)→白蒸(蒸籠蒸)→沾醬汁烤。 關西則是: 串魚→白燒(直接烤)→沾醬汁烤。 關東由於多了「蒸」的步驟,無論肉或皮都比較柔軟。 無論過去或現在,做出一道美味的鰻魚料理都不簡單。人說,「串魚三年、開魚八年、烤魚一生」。
