Super unique crab tasting experience! I have never had such delicious crab prepared in all sorts of different ways; this definitely opened up my mind to all the possibilities when cooking with crab. We did the celebration set, and it was pricey, considering drinks were not included. We enjoyed our experience overall, and it is worth trying the various crab preparations once.

An ode to crabs, with a set course including the noble, succulent shellfish sashimi'ed, tempura'ed, steamed, hot pot'ted. The course comes efficiently. Wait staff is hard to find / restaurant understaffed. Spacious, modern and comfortable seating

It wasn't a busy night but we got allocated a table that wasn't convenient when you have a baby. The service was lacking. There were many spacious tables available but they gave us one that was very uncomfortable and tight space. They suddenly turned off the aircon without asking if it was ok and my daughter started to fuss as it started to get humid. Fast forward to the course we ordered 20,500 yen/pax. It definitely wasn't worth the price. Some dishes were overcooked and the others were just plain disappointing. No explanation of each dish as you would expect for supposed "luxury" dining. We had to pass around our dishes to each other as waitress did not have the space to serve us personally. Waitresses look bored out of the minds and borderline rude. I do not recommend this place.

餐具使用方法
吃完後的竹籤,應該放進餐桌上的竹籤筒中。如果找不到竹籤筒,就請問一下服務人員吧! 籤有竹製和鐵製,烤雞肉串用的是竹籤。形狀則有許多種,像是最常見的「圓籤」、扁平的「扁籤」、四方形的「方籤」、手柄部分較寬的「有柄籤」、末端分成兩叉的「松葉籤」等。
打開後的蓋子,如是放置於右側的碗盤,就放在餐盤右外側;放置於左側的碗盤,就放在餐盤左外側。 用完餐後,應將蓋子依原狀蓋回。 用完後的碗盤勿疊起,直接依原本狀態擺放即可。 要移動碗盤時應放下筷子,以兩手端起。
勿以筷子挪動碗盤。 勿一手拿著筷子、單手端起碗盤。 如無筷架,則筷子應置於餐盤左緣,或把筷袋摺成筷架使用。 用畢的免洗筷應放回袋內,並把袋子尾端折彎,以表示用過。 禮貌上,拔開免洗筷時應以上下方向拔開,而非左右方向。
食用方法的说明
吃烤雞肉串時,把肉從竹籤上取下,是不合禮儀的做法。 但拿著竹籤食用,吃到越後面會越不容易吃到。所以從後半部開始,就把竹籤拿橫,改由側面咬下半邊肉,同時把另外半邊剝離竹籤的方式食用。 烤雞肉串本身就已調味過,所以應該先品嚐最初的味道。在剛出爐的肉串上立刻撒上辣椒粉、山椒等調味料是不合禮儀的做法。
勿拿竹籤玩耍。 如店家有準備垃圾筒,吃完後的竹籤應放在裡面。
